2. Project Intake & Reservation Process
To initiate a custom terrace design project, clients complete our online project intake form and submit the corresponding initial deposit.
Submission of Details: Clients are responsible for providing accurate site measurements, layout preferences, and site information within the intake form.
One-Time Deposit Payment: Upon completed payment of the displayed deposit amount, your design project reservation is confirmed for the agreed initial consultation and preliminary drafting stage.
Scope Confirmation: Any further service phases beyond the initial design assessment will be agreed upon explicitly between the client and terracebuildpro before proceeding.

3. Payment Terms
Currency & Fees: All prices displayed on the website are shown in Euros (€) and represent the required initial one-time deposit.
Payment Execution: Payments are processed securely at the time of reservation. You will only be charged a one-time fee per completed deposit transaction.
No Automatic Subscriptions: We do not store payment credentials for recurring billing. You will never be enrolled in any auto-renewal payment plans.
